Donuts with Glaze Recipe.

Hari nie Im nak tunjuk korang camne nak buat 'Fluffy Donuts with Glaze' dengan penuh terperinci.Post nie memang sangat terperinci,khas untuk orang2 yang hanya akan masak bile...



1-terpaksa masak kerana dipaksa(adik,ibu,nenek,suami,mak mentua.lol)-

or

2-masak benda yang hanya boleh dimakan perut tak rela lidah merasa.lol-

or

3-pergi ke dapur hanya untuk minum air,basuh pinggan selepas makan-

or

4-hanya tahu masak air,nasi,telur-

or

5-Tak pernah nak try 'baking' hanya pandai 'cooking'-

Since ni post pertama Chef Imran's Cooking Corner.Im patut ceritakan sejarah memasak Im.Dulu,kalau nak masak kat dapur mesti mama x bagi sebab die kata nanti 'KECAH'.so Im hanya akan masak apabila dapur tengah 'KECAH' so xde sebab mama nak kata Im yang kecahkan dapur sebab memang dah kecah. OH BARU KEKNIS TAU TRICK IM!!! (Ok bye, saje sibuk kat draft blog adik).

Lama-lama Im pandai(bajet giler budak nih)ok BOLEH memasak.

Sekarang campak jer resepi basic kat Im mesti Im boleh buat 46.8% lebih sedap(xtra bajet)

Ni resepi yang korang tunggu sangat tuh!


Donuts with Glaze Recipe

The Donut.

Ingredients :-


1. 6cups of Flour(wheat/bread)
-tepung ikut korang larh kalau korang nak donut macam roti,pakai bread flour-

2. 6tablespoons of sugar

3. 6tablespoons of powdered milk

4. 6tablespoons of shortenings
-lemak sayuran larh-

5. 1teaspoon of salt

6. 2packets of dry active yeast(11oz. each)

7. 400ml of warm water


Methods :-


1. Stir the warm water with the yeast.(add a little flour and sugar while stiring).set aside.

2. Mix together flour,sugar,powdered milk and shortenings in a big bowl.

3. Wait until the yeast mixture turns bubbly.Then add them to the flour mixture.

4. Mix the mixture(using either hand or mixer) until it represents dough.

5. Knead the dough for 10minutes(the longer the softer the dough will be)

6. Rest the dough in another floured bowl(so it won't stick) and cover the mouth of the bowl with damp cloth.Wait until the dough rise double from previous size.

7. Then,shape the dough(either using hand or donut cutter) into donut shape.

8. Fry the donut in medium heat oil until it turns golden.


The Glaze.

Ingredients :-

1. 4cups of sugar(castor/course)

2. 2cups of milk(condensed or whipping cream milk)

3. 1teaspoon of vanila esssence

4. 1tablespoon of salted butter


Methods :

1. heat the milk and the vanila essence in a pan(medium heat).

2. add in sugar when the mixture starts to boil.stir well.

3. then,add the butter.stir slowly.

4. keep heating until it turns quite dense.

5. Lastly,dip the donut(one by one) and put it in a rack.wait for the glaze to harden.

6. ENJOY!





Ok tak Im bagi resepi?Kalau ada masa silalah cuba resepi mudah lagi cepat ini!(bahasa nerd)seriously korang kene cuba resepi ni sebab hasilnya sangat memuaskan.

OH LAGI SATU!kenapa Im kata nak bagi resepi yang terperinci sebab benda camni selalu berlaku!

hehe.. wesepi awak dgn akak same dikkk... mmang nyummyyy kann... cuma cara pembikinan agak berbeza sikit.. tp bahan2 sumer sama... nyummm~ me buat curah dengan cooking chocolate hersheys+salted butter.. then sprinkles dgn colourful chocolate rice... nyummyyy....!!! buat untuk my cuzins... dorg ckp lembuttt mcm big apples donut!! hahaha

wesepi awak n akak smer laa.... mmang sedappp n lembuiikk jo kann.. cuma cara pembikinan tu ade sikit jer beza la... akak plak hias dengan cooking chocolate hersheys + salted butter.. curah atas donut tuuu.. n sprinkles with colourful chocolates rice... buat ni pun atas permintaan anak2 ribena... heheheheh.. nnt birthday my lil gugurl pown nk buat agy laa..
